Rockstar named four Vice City spots on its official GTA VI site alongside Trailer 2 on May 6, 2025. The August 27, 2026 Extended Look added Bayside, and the October 15, 2026 launch trailer showed more of the city without naming new places. Rockstar still has not released a readable in-game map.

How confirmed is each Vice City location?
Rockstar’s own material confirms only a handful of names. Everything else comes from signage in screenshots or fan mapping.

Rockstar-confirmed Vice City locations
1. Ocean Beach

Ocean Beach is Vice City’s signature district. Rockstar describes it with pastel art deco hotels and white sand, which mirrors Miami’s South Beach. Expect it to work as the city’s tourist strip and nightlife hub.
2. Little Cuba

Rockstar highlights Little Cuba for its panaderías, the Cuban bakeries that line Miami’s Little Havana. The name is a clear nod to Calle Ocho. Rockstar has not detailed missions or activities here yet.
3. Tisha-Wocka flea market

Tisha-Wocka is a flea market known for bootleg brands, per Rockstar’s description. Its exact position in the city remains unknown.
4. VC Port

Rockstar calls VC Port the “cruise ship capital of the world,” the same title PortMiami markets itself with. Beyond cruise liners, the port doubles as a cargo hub.
5. Bayside

The Extended Look named Bayside as the area where Jason and Lucia spend downtime, with boating, gym sessions, and basketball shown. Notably, this is the only Vice City name added since May 2025.
Vice City venues seen in official footage
Rockstar’s press stills and the Extended Look show several named venues without confirming exact addresses.
- Jack of Hearts: A strip club featured in four official Rockstar stills.
- Effluvia: A rooftop bar shown in the Extended Look.
- Character businesses: Rockstar’s character pages tie Boobie Ike’s clubs and studio, Dre’Quan Priest’s music scene, and Real Dimez’s streaming venture to Vice City.

Names spotted but not explained yet
Some names exist only as labels or signage. Treat them as likely, not final.
- Stockyard and Washington Beach: Named in Rockstar material, with no description.
- Vice City International Airport: Spotted on road signage in official footage.
- Vice Point and Little Haiti: Fan-mapped labels based on the original Vice City and Miami’s geography. Rockstar has not used either name.
An alleged August 2026 map leak also listed counties such as Vice-Dale. Rockstar has not confirmed it.
What lies outside Vice City
Vice City is one of six Leonida regions Rockstar revealed in May 2025. The other five give the city its edges:
- Leonida Keys: Tropical islands based on the Florida Keys.
- Grassrivers: Wetlands based on the Everglades, with the Vice City skyline visible in Rockstar’s screenshots. The gators there are covered in our GTA 6 animals list.
- Port Gellhorn: Leonida’s “forgotten coast” of cheap motels and empty strip malls.
- Ambrosia: The inland sugar refinery town, detailed guide on GTA 6 Ambrosia location.
- Mount Kalaga: A national park on the northern border built for hunting and off-roading.
Where to find the official GTA 6 map
Rockstar has not published a standalone in-game map. The only official full view of Leonida is a double-sided souvenir poster inside The Goodtime State: Vice City Collection, a $399.99 collector’s box that does not include the game.
Rockstar announced it on September 24, 2026 via its Newswire. Its store photo briefly showed labels such as “Sandbars” and “Crude Islands” before Rockstar edited them out.
Meanwhile, a GameStop store sign claimed pre-orders include a physical map. Rockstar has not confirmed this, and standard physical boxes ship with a download code rather than a disc.
Wrapping up
At the time of writing, Rockstar has officially described only five Vice City areas, which leaves most of the city to discover on launch day. Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, and VC Port should still give you clear anchor points once you load in.
