Rockstar Games published the Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Gallery on November 5, 2026, adding 39 new in-game screenshots to the official site exactly two weeks before the November 19 release. The set leans hard on Vice City’s nightlife and waterfront, with Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos front and center.
Rockstar announced the drop on its Newswire launch gallery post, and the images carry no captions. GTA 6 launches at midnight local time on November 19, 2026, on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only. Digital preloads open on November 10.
What’s in the GTA 6 launch gallery
Rockstar’s own file names on the official screenshots page show exactly how the 39 new images split by subject:
| Subject | New screenshots | File numbers |
|---|---|---|
| Vice City | 15 | Vice City 13 to 27 |
| Jason Duval | 9 | Jason Duval 11 to 19 |
| Jason and Lucia together | 7 | Jason and Lucia 14 to 20 |
| Lucia Caminos | 4 | Lucia Caminos 11 to 14 |
| Grassrivers | 2 | Grassrivers 07 and 08 |
| Leonida Keys | 1 | Leonida Keys 07 |
| Port Gellhorn | 1 | Port Gellhorn 07 |
Notably, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park get zero new shots. Both regions had six or more images in the May 2025 Trailer 2 drop, so Rockstar seems to be saving the countryside for players to see firsthand. The gallery is also light on story, with no new named characters and no mission context.
With this drop, Rockstar’s official screenshot page now holds 138 screenshots, up from 99.

Jason and Lucia’s standout screenshots
Jason gets the most solo frames. He fights a biker gang and squares up to a large tattooed man. He also lifts weights shirtless in a gym, fires a rifle through a shower of sparks, and refuels a car at night while two officers approach with rifles drawn.

Lucia appears armed in most of her shots. One frame catches her gripping a pistol as police officers close in with lights flashing behind her.

Together, the pair rob a Fleeca bank branch with submachine guns and duffel bags, which fits the Bonnie-and-Clyde setup from Lucia’s story so far.

Outlets also spotted Jason stepping off a plane with a dog in goggles and combat gear nearby. Rockstar hasn’t explained the dog’s role, so any talk of a companion mechanic remains speculation.

Vice City highlights from the new images
Vice City accounts for 15 of the 39 shots, and most of them are set after dark. Highlights include:
- Packed nightclubs with disco balls, hanging plants and pole dancers under neon
- The Rusty Anchor bar with dancing locals raising glasses
- A harbor crowded with yachts and speedboats below the downtown skyline
- Police boats, cars and a helicopter surrounding a superyacht
- The skyline lit up at dusk

Moreover, the close-ups show heavy facial detail, down to skin pores and a local’s dolphin-shaped ring. If you want to match these spots to districts before launch, the official Leonida map is a handy companion.

Grassrivers, the Keys and Port Gellhorn
The four shots outside Vice City lean on wildlife, water and neon. In Grassrivers, a man sits by a campfire with a dead alligator beside him.

The second Grassrivers frame follows an airboat crew through the mangroves at night as a gator lurks in the water.

The Leonida Keys shot goes underwater, with a scuba diver swimming above a lionfish. It adds to the animals spotted so far, including deer, birds, alligators and the goggled dog.

Port Gellhorn’s single shot is easy to miss. It shows a pole dancer under the Delights Cabaret neon sign, so the strip club sits on Leonida’s run-down coast rather than in Vice City.
