Is the Obsession Nikki skin free?
No, not at the time of writing. Epic has announced no Nikki Cup, quest reward, or redeem code. Nikki is an Item Shop purchase, and she isn’t part of the Battle Pass.
Be careful with “free Nikki skin” videos and V-Bucks generators. The top YouTube result promising a free Nikki skin with an “unlocked LEGO style” calls itself satire in its own description. No LEGO style has leaked either.
The free One Wish Willow Sprite also doesn’t unlock any Obsession cosmetic. It’s a Mythic in-match collectible, separate from the back bling of the same name.

- Scroll to the Obsession section, or search for Nikki.

Ways to get Nikki without spending real money
1. Watch the Compete tab for a Nikki Cup
Epic gave away the Purge’s Lady Liberty skin through the Lady Liberty Cup on October 17, 2026. That makes a Nikki Cup plausible, but Epic hasn’t listed one. Recent collab Cups, including Lady Liberty and Chun-Li, ran on or before their shop launch day, so a Nikki Cup two days after release would break that pattern.
If a Nikki Cup does appear, expect the same entry rules as the Lady Liberty Cup:
- Multi-factor authentication turned on
- A minimum age of 13
- 11 matches played within your region’s session
- A final rank inside your region’s cutoff
2. Ask a friend to gift it
A friend can buy Nikki for you if you’ve been Epic friends for at least 48 hours. The sender needs two-factor authentication turned on, and gifting is capped at 5 gifts per 24 hours.
3. Spend V-Bucks you already have
Earning a full bundle’s worth of V-Bucks this season is tough. The Override Battle Pass costs 800 V-Bucks and pays back up to 800, according to Epic’s Battle Pass page. That covers the next pass, but it doesn’t add anything toward Nikki.
Fortnite Crew cut its monthly V-Bucks from 1,000 to 800 for renewals from June 6, 2026, at $11.99 a month. So V-Bucks banked from earlier seasons are the realistic way to get Nikki without new spending.

Turning on the Splatter style adds stains to Nikki’s face and chest. The stains are black rather than red, a change some players have called censorship. Bear, the film’s lead, isn’t in the bundle.
