Fortnite’s One Piece collab went live on November 1, 2026, with the Treasure Hunters mini season and update v43.00. Nine One Piece characters are arriving in three Item Shop waves plus the Battle Pass, building on the lineup we covered in our Treasure Hunters Battle Pass breakdown.
The first wave, Luffy, Nami and Usopp, is in the Item Shop now as the One Piece Bundle for 4,000 V-Bucks. Zoro, Sanji and the Chopper Sidekick follow on November 7, and Buggy lands on November 13. Epic’s Treasure Hunters announcement also confirms two competitive cups that hand out Zoro and Buggy early.

Steps to get the One Piece skins in Fortnite
- Launch Fortnite and open the Shop tab from the top menu.
- Scroll to the One Piece section.
- Select the One Piece Bundle for the full set, or pick a single character bundle.
- Press and hold Purchase to confirm.
- Open Locker and equip the outfit, back bling and pickaxe.
You can also buy each piece from the official Item Shop listing on the web, then claim it in-game.
Is the 4,000 V-Bucks One Piece Bundle worth it?

The full bundle packs 14 cosmetics worth 8,200 V-Bucks if bought separately. That’s roughly a 51% saving.
The math depends on how many Straw Hats you want:
- Only Luffy: his 1,800 V-Bucks set is the cheaper route.
- Two characters: that already costs 3,400 V-Bucks. For 600 more, the bundle adds the third Straw Hat, the Going Merry glider (1,200 V-Bucks alone) and the Straw Hat guitar.
- All three: individual sets total 5,000 V-Bucks, so the bundle saves 1,000 and throws in the extras.
Hence, anyone wanting two or more of the first-wave crew should take the bundle.
Other One Piece items in Fortnite
1. Monkey D. Luffy set

- Price: 1,800 V-Bucks
- Includes: Outfit, Luffy’s Straw Hat back bling, Gum-Gum Pistol pickaxe, Multi-Punches Flex emote
- Release status: In the Item Shop
Notably, the straw hat back bling and Gum-Gum Pistol pickaxe change appearance when you equip them with the Luffy outfit, so they look best as a set.
2. Nami set

- Price: 1,600 V-Bucks
- Includes: Outfit, Nami’s Tangerines back bling (300 V-Bucks alone), Climate Baton pickaxe (500 V-Bucks alone)
- Release status: In the Item Shop
3. Usopp set

- Price: 1,600 V-Bucks
- Includes: Outfit, Usopp’s Kit back bling (300 V-Bucks alone), 5 Ton Hammer pickaxe (500 V-Bucks alone)
- Release status: In the Item Shop
4. Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin

- Price: 800 V-Bucks Battle Pass, or free with Fortnite Crew
- Includes: Both outfits, unlocked by earning Account Levels
- Release status: Live in the Battle Pass
Epic hasn’t listed which page each skin sits on. Gifting the pass gives you and your friend a bonus Dark Kawaii Team Leader style. If you already pay for Crew, our guide on Fortnite Crew Pack explains what the subscription covers.
5. Roronoa Zoro and Buggy (competitive cups)

- Price: Free for top regional finishers, or V-Bucks in the Item Shop
- Includes: Outfit, accessories and a Fortnite x One Piece Treasure Box (eligible countries)
- Release status: Zoro Cup on November 6, Buggy Cup on November 13
Check the Compete tab in-game for rules and regional cut-offs. Casual players should plan on buying Zoro and Buggy in the Item Shop instead.
6. Sanji and Chopper Sidekick

- Price: Not announced
- Includes: Sanji outfit, Chopper Sidekick, plus Zoro in the same wave
- Release status: Arrives November 7
Chopper follows the same rules as other pets. Our guide on Rad Rat Sidekick explains how Sidekicks behave in matches.
How to use One Piece powers without buying a skin

You don’t need the outfits to play as the Straw Hats. The Battle Royale loot pool on Crossbones Isle includes the Gum-Gum Fruit, which turns you into Luffy, and the Flame-Flame Fruit, which turns you into Ace. Zoro’s Three Sword Style, Usopp’s Slingshot and Nami’s Tangerine also drop as items.
A free Item Shop reward could also be on the way, according to leaks. Leakers Hypex and Shiina claim chests can award a Pirate Shop pass that makes V-Bucks items free for 14 days. Epic hasn’t confirmed this, so don’t hold off on the bundle for it.
Signing off
Epic’s listing keeps the One Piece Bundle on sale until December 4, 2026, at 00:00 UTC (December 3, 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT), so the first wave won’t stay around long. Epic has teased a Chapter 7 finale event for December 5, which likely marks the end of Treasure Hunters.
Zoro, Sanji and Chopper are next on November 7, with Buggy closing out the crew a week later. Prices for those waves should appear when each shop rotation goes live.
Eight outfits: Luffy, Nami, Usopp, Zoro, Sanji, Buggy, Ace and Nico Robin. Chopper arrives as a Sidekick, not an outfit.
It costs 4,000 V-Bucks and includes Luffy, Nami, Usopp, the Going Merry glider and 10 other cosmetics.
No. Luffy is an Item Shop skin. Only Ace and Nico Robin are in the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass.
Yes, if you finish high enough in your region in the Zoro Cup on November 6. Everyone else can buy him in the Item Shop from November 7.
No. The Gum-Gum Fruit and Flame-Flame Fruit drop as loot, so anyone can use Luffy’s and Ace’s powers in a match.
