Sprite Extraction Sites carried over into Fortnite Treasure Hunters, the One Piece mini season that went live on November 1, 2026. Crossbones Isle has 8 Extraction Sites, each built around a pirate pipe organ, and they are the only permanent way to send the Sprites you collect to your account.
The mini season is set to run until December 5, 2026, though Epic has not posted an exact end time. Extraction matters more than usual this month. Per Epic’s Treasure Hunters announcement, mastering 40 Sprites unlocks the Navigator’s Nosedive Umbrella, and the Cursed and Gold Sprite variants arrive on November 8 and November 22.
All Extraction Site Locations in Fortnite Treasure Hunters
The sites sit in five areas. Most fall between two named locations rather than inside one, so use the nearest POI as your landing marker.

| Area | Sites | Land at |
|---|---|---|
| Between Lantern Landing and Windmill Village | 2 | Lantern Landing |
| Between Lantern Landing and Cursed Cavern | 2 | Lantern Landing |
| Between Fortune’s Fort and The $.$. Rocky | 2 | The $.$. Rocky |
| Between The Chest and Loot Lagoon | 1 | Loot Lagoon |
| Plunder Port | 1 | Plunder Port |
1. Lantern Landing (4 Sites)
Half of all sites border Lantern Landing. Two lie on the route toward Windmill Village and two toward Cursed Cavern. If you plan to bank several Sprites per match, land here; a backup organ is always close if the first one gets contested.
2. Fortune’s Fort and The $.$. Rocky (2 Sites)
Two sites sit between these POIs. The $.$. Rocky hosts the A$AP Rocky Captain’s Day boss, so expect fight-ready squads near both organs.

If you want the outfit behind the boss, our A$AP Rocky skin guide covers price and the free Solid Gold style.
3. The Chest and Loot Lagoon (1 Site)
This single organ works best as a mid-match stop. Clear Loot Lagoon first, then rotate to the organ instead of landing on it.
4. Plunder Port (1 Site)
Plunder Port is the only area with a site credited to the POI itself. It’s an easy extraction if you already loot the port, but there’s no fallback organ nearby.
How to Extract Sprites at an Extraction Site
- Interact with the pipe organ to open a rift in the sky.
- Wait for the Sprite Extraction Crate to drop. It takes a while, so clear the area first.
- Stand back as it lands. The impact knocks nearby players away.
- Interact with the crate and place your Sprites inside.
- Wait out the short cooldown while the crate returns through the rift.
Once a Sprite goes in, you can’t take it back out. However, it stays extracted even if you’re eliminated afterward, and it shows up in your Sprite Garden. Each site resets after a short cooldown, so the same organ works again later in the match.
What Sprite Dust Buys at Extraction Sites
- Portable Extractors, for banking Sprites away from an organ
- Weapon upgrades
- A daily 20,000 XP token
Portable Extractors are single-use, while organs are permanent. Spend Dust on upgrades when an organ is already on your route. Epic’s Mastery Monday doubles Sprite Dust and Sprite XP every Monday from 9 AM ET (6 AM PT), the cheapest window to stock up. Our Sprite Power Hour schedule covers other boosted windows.
Wrapping Up
With 8 reusable organs and Lantern Landing bordering half of them, extraction this mini season rewards a fixed landing spot. Bank each Sprite as soon as you have it instead of carrying a stack into the endgame.
Update 43.10 is expected on November 12, and Gold Sprites follow on November 22. Site positions could shift with either update, so check the map after each patch.
It’s a pirate pipe organ that summons a crate from a rift. Sprites placed in the crate are saved to your account permanently.
There are 8, spread across five areas. Four of them border Lantern Landing.
No. Extracted Sprites stay in your collection. Only Sprites you’re still carrying are at risk.
Yes. Each site resets after a short cooldown.
They stay until the Treasure Hunters mini season ends, currently set for December 5, 2026. Epic hasn’t confirmed whether they return in Chapter 8.
