Epic ran a dedicated Gem Hours Power Hour on August 8, 2026, with boosted Gem Sprite spawn rates from 2 PM to 4 PM ET and again from 9 PM to 11 PM ET (11 AM to 1 PM PT and 6 PM to 8 PM PT). Windows like this tend to repeat through the rest of the season, so it’s worth checking the Sprite Power Hour schedule regularly rather than assuming August 8 was the only one.
Outside of boosted windows, the Lucky Locator is currently the most reliable tool for finishing off a Gem collection. It guarantees a chest containing a Sprite you haven’t collected yet, which sidesteps the duplicate problem that comes with the standard Sprite Locator.
