Do note that Rune drops in The Forge are RNG-based. That means you might need to defeat the same enemies multiple times before they may drop the Rune. Furthermore, the spawn locations for these pesky foes will also vary. But stick to our list above, and you’ll go straight to them.
How to Equip Rune Slots in The Forge
Before you go about equipping your precious Runes, you’ll need to unlock Rune slots for your gear. Most equipment in The Forge doesn’t start with any Rune slots. That isn’t the case for Pickaxes. If your axe lacks one, then you need to buy a version with a Rune slot.
Players who need to equip Rune slots in the Forge need to go to the Enhancer NPC in the main hub. Once there, simply talk to him and enhance your gear to add a Rune slot.
